Describe what you were doing, what happened, and whether you were using a mobile or desktop screen. Do not include the private contents of your notes.
Report an inaccuracy
Send the page address, the statement you believe is inaccurate, and any reliable source that supports the correction.
Report an accessibility issue
Tell us which page or control was difficult to use, and whether you were using a keyboard, screen reader, zoom, or another assistive tool. Accessibility reports are treated as bugs and prioritised.
Suggest a feature
Describe what you would like to do and why. Suggestions that keep notes private and on your device are the easiest to add, because the notepad has no accounts or server storage.
What happens after you write
Nayeem reads every message. Confirmed bugs and inaccurate statements are fixed on the site, and pages whose information changes have their “Last verified” date updated after review. Please note that lost notes cannot be recovered by email, because the website never receives the contents of your notes.
Quick checks before you write
- Notes disappeared? Notes are saved only in the browser you used. Check that you are on the same device and browser, and not in a private or incognito window, which clears storage when closed.
- Download did not start? Some mobile browsers block downloads or open them in a new tab. Try again from the browser's own menu, or use Copy and paste the text elsewhere.
- Moving to a new device? Use Backup in the notes list to download a file, then use Open on the new device to restore every note.
- Page looks broken? A hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R, or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) loads the newest version. Your saved notes are not affected by refreshing.
What to include in a report
A useful report has the page address, the steps you took, what you expected, and what happened instead. Mention your browser name and whether you were on a phone, tablet, or computer. A screenshot helps, as long as it does not show private note text.
Privacy when contacting us
Email is separate from the notepad. The notes you type in the tool are not automatically attached or sent. Share only the information needed to investigate your report.
